Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of patriamen.com and any product or service we offer ("PatriaMen"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Who we are

PatriaMen is a direct-to-consumer dietary-supplement brand. Orders are sold and fulfilled through the patriamen.com Shopify storefront. References to "we," "us," and "our" mean PatriaMen.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from PatriaMen. By placing an order you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Your account

Some features (saved addresses, subscription management) require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

4. Orders, pricing, and payment

• All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes, which are added at checkout where required.
• By placing an order you authorize us to charge your payment method for the order total, including any shipping and tax.
• We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion (for example, due to suspected fraud, payment failure, an obvious pricing error, or stock issues). If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.
• Promotional codes can be used only as described in the offer terms, may have expiration dates, and cannot be combined unless we state otherwise.

5. Subscriptions

If you choose the subscribe option, your card will be charged on the schedule described on the product page and in our Subscription Terms. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account. Subscription cancellation must occur before the next billing date to avoid that next charge; we cannot refund charges initiated before a cancellation request is received, but our 74-day guarantee still applies to the order.

6. Returns and refunds

PatriaMen offers a 74-day Foundation guarantee. Full details are in our Refund Policy. The 74-day window matches the actual biological sperm cycle, not an arbitrary calendar number.

7. Shipping

Shipping timing, carriers, and limitations are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier marks the package as delivered.

8. Product information and health disclaimer

We work to keep ingredient lists, doses, descriptions, and timelines accurate, but errors and omissions occur. PatriaMen is a dietary supplement, not a drug. Statements about the product have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. The product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. 9. Intellectual property

The PatriaMen name, the Roman coin emblem, the bottle artwork, the website copy, photography, illustrations, and all other content on patriamen.com are owned by PatriaMen or licensed to us, and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission. You may share links to the site and quote brief portions for review or news purposes consistent with fair use.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• Interfere with the site's operation, security, or other users.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or harvest data from the site beyond what a normal browser does.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
• Resell PatriaMen products outside of authorized channels without written permission.

11. Reviews and user-submitted content

If you post a review, comment, or other content, you grant PatriaMen a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the brand. You retain ownership of what you write. We may remove content at our discretion (spam, abuse, illegal claims, etc.).

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and the product are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except those that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure. We do not warrant that the product will produce any specific result for any specific person; individual results vary.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, PatriaMen, its directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or the product. Our total liability for any claim related to PatriaMen will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify PatriaMen from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that the parties cannot resolve informally will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, on an individual basis. Class actions, class arbitrations, and representative actions are waived to the maximum extent permitted by law. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by emailing us within 30 days of your first purchase. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in court for intellectual-property or confidentiality violations, or from bringing an individual small-claims action.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a prominent notice on the site. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at our discretion, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms.
