This page summarizes important health, safety, and label information about PatriaMen. Read it carefully before purchasing or taking the product. Nothing on this page or anywhere on patriamen.com is medical advice.
FDA statement
PatriaMen is a dietary supplement, not a drug. The statements on this site, on our packaging, and in our marketing have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. PatriaMen is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results vary. Where we cite clinical studies on individual ingredients, those studies are evidence about the ingredient — not promises about the outcome any specific person will experience.
Talk to a doctor first
Consult a qualified healthcare professional before taking PatriaMen or any dietary supplement, especially if any of the following apply to you:
- You have a diagnosed medical condition, including heart, liver, kidney, thyroid, prostate, or hormonal disorders.
- You are taking prescription medication. Several ingredients in PatriaMen (Tongkat Ali, Ashwagandha, Vitamin D, fish oil) can interact with medications including blood thinners, immunosuppressants, thyroid medications, sedatives, and androgen-affecting drugs.
- You are preparing for surgery in the next two weeks. Discontinue PatriaMen at least 14 days before any scheduled procedure unless your surgeon advises otherwise.
- You have a history of hormone-sensitive conditions (including prostate or testicular concerns).
- You have an autoimmune condition. Ashwagandha can modulate immune activity.
Who should not take PatriaMen
- Anyone under 18 years of age.
- People with a known allergy or sensitivity to any ingredient on the label, including fish (omega-3 softgel), black pepper, or any of the herbal extracts.
- Pregnant or nursing individuals. PatriaMen is formulated for adult men, but in any household where a partner is pregnant or nursing, keep the product securely stored away from accidental ingestion.
- Anyone whose doctor has advised against supplemental androgen support, ashwagandha, vitamin D, or any of the named ingredients.
How to take it
Three pills daily with breakfast: two capsules plus one omega-3 softgel. Do not exceed the stated serving. More is not better — the doses on the label match clinical-trial doses where evidence exists, and exceeding them does not improve outcomes.
Side effects and adverse reactions
Most healthy adult men tolerate the ingredients well, but possible effects include mild gastrointestinal discomfort, headache, sleep changes (typically improved sleep), or transient changes in mood or libido. Discontinue use and contact your healthcare provider if you experience any unexpected reaction. To report a serious adverse event, you can also notify the FDA's MedWatch program at fda.gov/safety/medwatch.
Allergens
PatriaMen contains fish (omega-3 softgel is sourced from anchovy, sardine, and mackerel) and is manufactured in a facility that also handles soy, wheat, dairy, and tree-nut ingredients. Cross-contact is possible. If you have a severe allergy, do not use the product without first speaking to a healthcare provider.
Storage and shelf life
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the cap tightly closed. Do not refrigerate. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not use after the expiration date printed on the bottom of the tube.
Quality and testing
PatriaMen is manufactured in the United States in a facility that follows current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) registered with the FDA. Every batch is tested by an independent third-party laboratory for ingredient identity, potency, heavy metals, microbiological purity, and pesticide residue. The product is non-GMO and hormone-free.
Marketing claims
Claims on the site and in marketing materials describe structure-function effects supported by ingredient-level evidence. They are not medical claims. "Supports testosterone production," for example, describes a structure-function effect; it is not a claim to cure low testosterone, hypogonadism, or any related condition. If a medical condition is suspected, see a licensed physician.
Athletic competition
PatriaMen contains no banned substances under WADA, NCAA, or major sports-league lists as of the last updated date on this page. Athletes subject to sport-specific testing should still confirm with their governing body before using any new supplement.
