Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms describe how the PatriaMen "Subscribe and Save" option works. They apply in addition to the main Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
How a subscription works
When you select "Subscribe and Save" at checkout instead of a one-time purchase, you authorize PatriaMen and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring schedule until you cancel. Each renewal ships a fresh 30-day supply (60 capsules + 30 omega-3 softgels) of PatriaMen to the address on file.
Billing cycle and price
- Renewal cycle: every 28 days. We use a 28-day cycle (not 30) so the next tube arrives before you finish the current one, even in shorter months.
- Subscribe price: $49.00 per tube (vs $79.95 one-time). Applicable sales tax is added at checkout where required.
- Shipping: free within the contiguous U.S. for subscription orders. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses may carry a flat surcharge calculated at checkout.
Renewal notifications
Before each renewal we send a reminder email to the address on your account 3 days before your card is charged. This email links to your account where you can pause, skip, or cancel. We also send a confirmation email when the order ships, with tracking.
Pausing, skipping, or modifying
You can manage your subscription at any time from your account on patriamen.com:
- Skip the next shipment without cancelling the subscription.
- Pause for up to 90 days without losing your subscribe-price lock.
- Change shipping address at least 24 hours before the renewal charge.
- Change billing method at any time.
- Ship sooner if you ran low — trigger the next order on demand.
If you cannot access the account dashboard, email through the contact form with the subject "Subscription change" and we will handle it within one business day.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime from your account. There are no fees, no commitments, and no need to call or email — but if you prefer to contact us directly, the contact form works too. Cancellation stops all future charges. A cancellation submitted less than 24 hours before a scheduled renewal may not stop that renewal because it may already be queued for processing; if that happens, the 74-day Foundation guarantee still applies and we will refund the order if you don't want it.
Failed payments
If a renewal charge fails (expired card, insufficient funds, address verification failure, etc.) we will:
- Email you the same day to ask you to update your payment method.
- Retry the charge after 3 and 7 days.
- If all retries fail by day 14, we pause the subscription. You can resume it from your account at any time.
We do not ship a renewal until the charge succeeds.
Pricing changes
The subscribe price is locked at the rate you signed up at, but we reserve the right to change subscription pricing for future renewals. We will email you at least 30 days before any price change, and you can cancel before the change takes effect with no charge.
Returns and refunds on subscription orders
Subscription orders are covered by the same 74-day Foundation guarantee as one-time orders, but the guarantee runs from the date of your first PatriaMen order, not from each renewal. Read the full Refund Policy for details. Cancelling a subscription does not by itself refund any charge — for a refund, contact us with "Refund — Order #" in the subject.
Account security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We will never email you asking for your password.
Termination by PatriaMen
We may cancel your subscription at our discretion (for example, if your address becomes undeliverable, your payment method repeatedly fails, or we have a reasonable belief of fraud or abuse). If we do, we will email you to explain.
