Refund Policy

PatriaMen is built around a 74-day sperm cycle. Our refund policy is built around the same window — long enough for the product to actually do its work, with the risk on us.
The 74-day Foundation guarantee
Try PatriaMen through a full 74-day sperm cycle. If you don't feel the foundation set by day 74, send us a message and we will refund the order in full. No questions, no return shipping, no restocking fee. 74 days is the actual biological window for spermatogenesis, not an arbitrary 90-day marketing number.
What's covered
- Your first PatriaMen order, whether one-time or subscription.
- Both open and unopened tubes — you do not need to send the product back.
- Refund of the original product price plus any shipping you paid.
How to request a refund
- Open the contact form and select "Refund" or include "Refund — Order #" in the message.
- Tell us your order number and how long you have been on PatriaMen. You do not need to explain why the product did not work for you.
- We confirm the refund within one business day and process it back to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically post back to your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card network.
Subscription cancellations vs refunds
Cancelling a subscription stops future charges. It does not automatically refund a charge that already shipped. If you want a refund on a recently shipped subscription order and you are still within the 74-day guarantee on your first order, contact us — we will refund that order. If you are past day 74, we cannot refund prior charges, but you can cancel future ones anytime from your account.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will replace the item or refund the order at our option, with no return required for damaged goods.
Lost or stolen packages
Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, responsibility passes to you. If a package goes missing after a "delivered" scan, we will help you file a claim with the carrier and, where the carrier compensates us, pass that compensation through to you. We do not guarantee replacement of packages that are stolen from your property after delivery.
Exceptions
- Refunds are limited to one per household for the first-order guarantee.
- We reserve the right to decline refund requests we reasonably believe are fraudulent or abusive (for example, multiple "refund and reorder" cycles, claims that contradict tracking data, etc.).
- Bundled or promotional gifts (e.g., free shipping campaigns) do not change the refund value beyond the price you paid.
How refunds appear
Refunds are issued to the original payment method on the order. Card refunds typically post in 5–10 business days. Bank transfers may take longer. If a refund has not appeared after 14 days, contact your bank first — they often hold pending credits — then contact us if the issue persists.
