Shipping Policy

Below is what to expect when you order PatriaMen — where we ship, how long it takes, and how to handle a problem with delivery.
Where we ship
PatriaMen currently ships within the 50 United States and U.S. military APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time. If you place an international order through a forwarding service or proxy, we cannot guarantee delivery, and our 74-day guarantee may not apply to packages routed outside the United States.
Processing time
Orders placed before 2pm Pacific Time on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2pm Pacific, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays are processed the next business day. Subscription renewal orders process automatically on the renewal date.
Carriers and methods
Domestic orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, whichever carrier offers the best routing for your destination. We do not currently support carrier selection at checkout. Most orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground for the most reliable delivery in the lower 48 states.

These are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees. Weather, holiday volume, and carrier delays can extend delivery. We monitor every order and reach out proactively if tracking stops updating.
Shipping cost
- Subscribe and Save orders ship free in the contiguous U.S.
- One-time orders over $79.95 ship free in the contiguous U.S.
- Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO may carry a flat surcharge calculated at checkout to cover the additional carrier cost.
Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships. Click the tracking link or check your order page in the storefront for real-time status. If tracking has not updated in 5+ business days, contact us through the contact form and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Subscription renewal shipping
Subscription orders are timed so the next tube arrives before you finish the current one. We ship 2 days before your renewal date so the package lands while you still have product on hand. You can pause, skip, or accelerate a renewal anytime from your account.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is marked delivered but has not arrived, please:
- Wait 48 hours — packages sometimes scan as delivered before they physically land at the mailbox or door.
- Check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office / carrier hub.
- If still missing, contact us with your order number. We will help you file a carrier claim. Where the carrier compensates us, we pass that compensation to you.
If your package arrives visibly damaged (crushed tube, broken seal, etc.), photograph the box and contents and contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will replace or refund the order at our option.
Address corrections
Once an order has shipped, we cannot reroute it. If you provided an incorrect address, contact us immediately and we will try to update the order before the carrier picks it up. After pickup, you can request the carrier hold the package at the local hub for self-pickup, but we cannot guarantee that will work.
Returned-to-sender packages
If a package is returned to us because of an undeliverable address or unclaimed delivery, we will email you. You can reship at your cost, refund the order minus the original shipping charge, or wait — we hold returned packages for 14 days before treating the order as cancelled.
